Mitchell Grass Retreat Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Mitchell Grass Retreat Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient indicated on the Gift Card.

Gift Cards may be redeemed by emailing or calling Mitchell Grass Retreat direct and can be used toward accommodation at Mitchell Grass Retreat.  These bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability. Any additional charges beyond the total spend of the voucher will need to be pre-paid at the time of voucher redemption.

Mitchell Grass Retreat Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.  Expiry dates are final and may not be extended. Once the booking is made there are no changes or refunds permitted.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance to cover against unforeseen circumstances.
